People pay taxes for Universal Healthcare but you never know when you are the one who will need medical attention. There are a lot of people who lost their life in America because they could not get the medicine they needed to stay alive. The only problem is that people who need surgery may have a long wait time. But with Universal Healthcare everybody has a chance to get the kind of medical treatment they need.
My argument for this is that statistics show that countries which have Universal Health Care have a lower mortality rate. You don't have much choice if a health insurance company declines your request. On the other hand, if there is healthcare for all then people who have these issues will still get medical attention even if it's not the best out there.
