They way you explained your reason were clear and neat. But also where would the government get the money if they ever run out? Where are they getting the money int he first place?

What you said was absolutely right, but every time people need money, think about where the government is getting it from?

I think the health care should be universal because when time comes,you might not have enough money. That's were this program comes in handy. But if we use it often then our country might go short on money which will lead in to other issues.
