I don't think there should be an Universal Health Care for all. Of course it will reduce the direct health insurance costs and everybody would be able to go to hospital when it's needed. But, on the other side, if you really think about it, we are going to get less quality health care. Having the Universal Health Care means that all the doctors will be employed by the government and the government is going to be the one deciding how much or little they are getting paid, which will probably be very low. If they are paid low, number of people willing to be physicians will decrease and they, whom I would call the “Smart Ones”, will look for other careers instead. If that happens, we will have numerous people who needs medical care and only a small number of limited doctors available, which will probably make it almost impossible for everyone to get treated when needed and more likely to decrease the quality of work performed by physicians since they are getting paid low compare to all the work they do.
