I feel that Universal Health Care for All is the best decision to make. We see that Canadians are living so great, there health is so great. Americans health is horrible! Maybe if all of us had health care, we can live 3 years longer. Maybe now the people that fall down accidently and cut themselves can have somewhere to get stitches. Accidents happen. How would you feel if you fell down, broke a hand, and living in a one room appartment with three kids. You wouldnt have no money to pay for a 10,000 dollar hospital bill or even more! where would your kids end up? what do you do next? People that have health insurance do not think of people that do not have health insurance. Life takes you different directions, and not all of us wind up becoming rich and being able to even afford health care! If we never try this universal health care, we will never know if it could work or not.. we will be living with that what if for our rest of our short lifes......

Universal Health Care should be approved for all citizens of America. Being the greatest Nation in the world and yet to be behind 37 other countries in regards of health care, is flat out unacceptable to me as it should be to every one in this country.

It should be aprroved for the people of America. It's the greatest nation in the world. And it doesn't have Health Care, that's not cool at all. They should have Health Care.

People pay taxes, groceries, house bill, light bill, water bill, and AC/Heater bill. They barely have enough money to pay this and then we have to pay for health care. The government should pay because more than 35.9 percent of Americans below the poverty in poverty including 12.9 million children. That's almost 40 percent that can't afford health care. I can understand if the government raises the taxes but at least everyone will have health care.

I think there should be health care for all. It's nice to know that you will have help to pay a hospital bill if you break your leg or whatever else you break. I mean when you break a leg or arm you can't work. So how are you going to get the money to pay that hospital bill? I know there are some jobs out there that still pay you even if your out sick, but what about those that don't? What are they goig to do? So that's why I think there should be health care for all.

Okay, so we need to fix the healthcare system and this seems to be the best way to fix it. So for those of you that say we shouldn't use Universal Healthcare what's your reasoning? If you say it could be like Canada or Britain, where they supposedly wait for months(which they themselves denie) we probably have way for doctors so the supply most definatly meets the demand. And for those of you that say the economies rough, it's not anymore so get over yourselves. Plus we already pay a lot of taxes so what's one more tax for the healthcare system. If we have a better system it means more money for us because we don't have to pay so much for medicine and doctor visits and we just pay like $50-$100 for the tax. Plus there will be more jobs and money to go around. And to those of you who say we already have to big a debt we have to spend money to get out.

I believe that universal health care is better than government run because for one many people don't like the fact that the government controls some of our things so what's the point of giving them the authority to run it for us? Another reason why is because many people also don't have enough money to pay for it and some people are denied health care for idiotic reasons which just puts them in a bad situation.If everyone gets health care then it's problem solved!!! Let's face it the government isn't going to nake things any better it'll just make it worse.

i never really payed attention to the whole health care stuff. But now that im learning about it and the concequenses to not having it made me understand that its really important. I think the government should pay more attention to health issues than other stuff. yayy for health :)

Europe has a lower crime rate in part to the people not having to worry about money. Yes they may have to pay more taxes but it comes out that they pay less than we do for health care. Now saying this would you like to pay less for better health care or pay more for not as good health care.

I think every one should have health insirance no matter what but the pricess are so high some people dont got the money to be paying for it, it would be good if they would lower it so evyer one would have it becuase is really inporatnt specially in big accidents or sometimes when a person gets really sick they need medication and most of the time is really expencive.

I think we should all have Universal Health Care because it would really help because of the economy these days. Most people can't afford health care or able to go to the hospital for an emergency. It would provide us to take better care for ourselves and our families. For example, if someone had cancer and didn't have no money, they would not survive because they're not taking care of it. With this universal health care, it would be a good opportunity to save lives.

I think health care should be universal. Theres alot of people that dont have the money to go to the doctor. And they need to get treatment. In my opinion it shoul be universal. because when its not some people die because they dont get the treatment they need. everybody derserves to live and get treated. They should make it universal. And take care of everybody.

I believe that the United States should have a universal health care plan because more American's would be covered and receive better health services. I do believe that the health care plans should have some options on coverage. That way no one is limited to one type of care plan. With affordable coverage for Americans and good services offered, each person would get the help they needed. It is better if the government ran the health care system instead of the corporate giants because they don't provide great services and disapprove many requests for services. They are only interested in profits.

I think that if there was at least a standard health care system for all americans and then the kind you could pay for to get priority or exceptional care that would be better that way every one at least had somekind of coverage or protection when it comes to their health. That way if the average joe with standard free health care needs a leg splint or something simple all the little stuff is free and then if the average joe needs like heart surrgery he has to pay for that. at a cheaper cost.

I believe that it's plausible for every American to have health insurance at not cost (if one can't afford it) because I believe a lot of people simply don't go to the doctor because they can't afford it and over time I do believe that heart problems kill. Which is sad because if America is supposed to be the land of the Brave and the home of the free, Why don't we all health insurance? Every American deserves to feel safe and secure within there own home and not get proper health care simply because they feel that they can't afford it but it does make sense to pay for something if you can afford it but not everyone can afford to pay such heavy bills when they are barely making ends meet. Not everyone needs a free ride...

I think every one should get health care because its our health and some of us cant pay for it so we need some help getting it. We cant get it because we are to much of a high risk to diseases or other injuries

I believe that the Uniersal Health Care should care for all. Everybody needs all the help they can get and your health is something that is most important to someone. Not knowing if they are going to have enough to pay for something they really need must be the scariest thing. SOme people have already die because of health insurance not being able to help pay or pay a surgery. Are we suppose to just keep letting people die so we can save money? It's time to care. No matter who you are. How you live or how much money you have.

Having Universal Health Care would lift off so much weight off our shoulders. The fees that we pay to just have a baby is really expensive. While in Europe, having a baby is absolutely free. There is no chargre, you have the baby and you walk out the hospital. Also the prescriptions in Europe are 10 dollars. It doens't matter how many pills you need. It will always be around 10 dollars. In the United States, the cost of prescriptions can range up to 90 dollars for just 10 pills! That is pathetic! Having Universal Health Care would improve the lifes of many american citizens that don't have health care or struggle to pay the bills that they have thrown at them.

Obviously most people have picked that we all get universal health care. And I agree with them. The reason for that is that we all know that in society we have different class levels. The rich and the poor. Of course the rich would always be able to pay for there own health care and thats the kind of people that the governments should charge to have health care the onces that they know that can pay for it. Like the poor not haveing so much money and haveing harder jobs have a bigger chances of haveing health problems. So I believe its people like that, that should not be charged. Universal Health Care. Alot of people in the world like in Canada and the UK have never known a life without free health care. Yet companys make millions off people. Due to these high cost people have somthing that can almost be considered a fear of doctors and hospitals. I agree! Everyone in America need to have Health Care. Many of the people living here don't have money to pay all the costs for hospitals and medicines. I think that everyone should be able to have health insurance because there are people that can't afford health care. i really did not care much about the whole thing of health care stuff. Now that i am learning about the whole thing in my health class , it got me to understand how important health care is all about . I really think they should pay more attention to the health carew.

Yes, I think that we should that way everyone can be properly taken care of equally. I didn't use to have health insurance and it was very hard for us to see the doctor when we didn't and now that we have CHIP I can see the doctor whenever I need to.

I think that our health care should be created and controlled by the government. Because then everybody would have health care, nobody would be denied. Universal Health Care can really benefit alot of citizens in America. Some citizens, might have too many bills, to pay extra money for health care insurance. Some other people do not even have money too pay for the insurance.
