I think everyone with economic problems should have free health care because maybe their health situation is not good and they can pay the hospital for care so they just try to find an easier and more dangerous solution. Many Americans in this country go to different countries so they can receive better health care and that can affect the U.S financially. I don't think that the government should run Health Care because they might not provide you with good service.
