I believe that Health Care should become Universal because people cannot afford the Insurance. Universal Health Care envisions people getting healthy without paying a single penny, no matter their race, culture, ethnicity, rich or poor. I would like to see this happen because people DO struggle to make ends meat. It's just terrible if they have to make even more money just to send their children to the doctor.
