It should be free because there are people out there who needs help than people with money

I agree our government is based on dictatorship and there needs to be a change

Healthcare for all because not everyone can afford healthcare. Not everyone can take care of themselves like the homeless. Healthcare needs to be accessible for everyone no matter age because if the government was in the same position as some of the people in America they would make it accessible for all.
