So we should just die if we can't afford help?,or if our family can't help us?, so we can't go to our own country for help, but we can go around helping other countries in war? How does that makes sense? Don't people have a Conscience anymore? Your basically giving a fellow American a death sentence at worst
Not everyone gets paid the same amount, Plus some people have more than on child some don't even have any at all leaving them paying less for medicare even if they get paid double the amount the families with children get paid. Since there's more family members than your bill is higher
