Not to mention people who can't afford things like medicines, hospital bills, etc. would finally not have to be scared or afraid of expensive care.

I can agree that some people would use drugs for their own gain, but at the same time the people who really need the drugs would really benifit from this. Not to mention people who use drugs for their own benifit is small compared to the people who actually need them.

I think universal healthcare would be great because with this system everyone wouldn't have to worry about expensive bills and would be able to afford the treatments they need to get better regardless if they're poor or not.
