I believe that Universal Health Care, for the most part might not be the best idea. Both Canada and France, for example have Universal Health Care, and they're sitting in major debt. The Health Care system in Canada, is 'take a number, and wait in line' there's a only a limited number of doctors and clinics that people are allowed to go to. The government also has to pay for the medical procedures. The United States has enough issues with debt, and we're still in a recession, the taxes would go through the roof, if we switched. However I do think that we need to fix our current form of Health Care, but a Universal Reform, might not be the best option.
