Healthcare should be free and open for those in need, but those cosmetic surgeries should be an option for people, unless it’s needed to live. People in other countries are much happier, they don’t go around killing each other, they join and enjoy life. While in America we are stressed because we can’t pay our debts, healthcare is one of those contributors to our debt, if we stopped paying taxes on wars that are making us have hatred towards each other we will be able to fix our healthcare systems and many other things that we need to fix. 3rd period
