I agree with you, of course free healthcare would be great but in order to find cures to diseases that end lives there would be a need for money, money can help find many cures to life-threatening diseases.

But then there wouldn't be money to find possible cures for diseases if there's no money being given to the people that work. Universal healthcare is great for the people but it'd also be good for the people to have cures for diseases that could cost them their life.
But aren't there going to be more people that use drugs for their own gain? These days people use drugs for their own gain more than people that actually need them. I see where you're coming from but wouldn't it be better to pay for the needed drugs instead of them being free and there being more risks of drug addicts than there already are?
Yes, there needs to be money in order to be able to try out new things that could even cure cancer.
I agree with you, people work hard to become doctors or nurses and need an income for all the work they did in order to get this job.
