First of all I see where you are coming from and I just want to say this. By definition giving money to a non profit organization would make it for profit, or the money would be considered a donation and people already donate money.

The government can't say whether you die or not.

All doctors take a Hippocratic oath.

That means they have to treat all patients ethically,and

I doubt that any doctor would see a patient die.

Ethically,I can't say no to a chance for all to have some sort of health care because without it you are faced with two choices. Your health or Your financial state.

You cant put a price on a life.
