I believe we should have it universal, but it has to be to a reasnable way. Not to were we can hurt our selfs and its free, cause thats just to much money put in waste. If we hurt ourselfs and its a reasnable price to pay, then we should just pay our self. But Health Care is important, cause people may need the help one day, and if they have no money that still not a good reason to die. People sometimes don't choose for things to be so expencive, so Health Care can save lifes universaly.
