Because the government requires citizens to have so many qualifications to receive health care, I believe it should just become universal. It is not right that underpaid, uninsured people die because they can't afford something that their neighbor can. Health care is not just a system that supports people; it is a system that can determine whether someone lives or dies, and there is no cash value to someone's life.
