It's not fair to be partial. We know that not everyone in the US is a millionaire, so why do the doctors charge so much for the poor. They know they can't afford it.Why do they abandon us in the times we need them the most. Actually it's not the doctors who do that it's the government who tells them to do it. So it's definitely not a good idea for the government to run the health care.
